Cancellation Policy
Change of plans? No problem! With Flix, you can cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure and get a full or partial refund in the form of a coupon.
The amount of your refund depends on when you made your booking and how far in advance you cancel.

Important Dates
- Old Policy: Applies to all bookings made till 19th April, 2026.
- New Policy: Applies to all bookings made 20th April, 2026 onwards.

Please note that for extras like seat reservations and additional luggage, the refund is 100%. Booking fees and service fees are non-refundable.
